love the how easy that you can customize, don't mind the build times at least you know it will be good when you recieve youre computer. shipping was fast even with ground

Took just a little longer than I expected to begin assembly, but I'm very satisfied with the product.

I have to say the pc I ordered exceeds all my expectations. I even priced out the parts online and couldn't beat the price much less get a three year warranty. My family used to be an Alienware family, not anymore because we buy power now!

I ordered my PC on the 4th of Feb. and its now the 21st and it was finally shipped last night on the 20th. Which is somewhat almost a month and its estimated to be here by Thursday and I'm on the East Coast which is amazingly fast it seems. The only thing I haven't liked is that my 5~10 business days didn't start till after they got my money. And I never got an update for that entire week after that. But for a no rush it seemed really fast because the next week was constant updates. I kept checking non-stop like anyone would lol. So far everything is awesome. Just nervous to see what shipping has done to my package haha. and the pricing was okay I guess... Just depends when you buy the Computer. I'll post on the forums of my comp when I get it. The only complaint I have is when you have a part out of stock you do not inform anyone. I would be more willing to recommend others if you had it to where you put this into a status update, and not forced your customers to contact you when their status is not updated days at a time. This happened to me and it was more then frustrating.

I am disappointed with this purchase and in fact the prior purchase as well. The timing of the build was too slow. I don't want to go to another builder, however if the turnaround time is not brougt into line, i will be forced to do so. This is a small medical practice and when i need a cmputer i order it. If your company cannot get the job done regardless of the fact i truly like your products, i will go someplace else that i can get what we need. The build time is excellent. The shipping is fine. however you need to work on the order backlog. Everyone i speek with knows our computers are from you.
